Choose three clients that you know participate in activities outside the gym and would benefit from individualized coaching in addition to their group classes.

Next, write a one-day sample program to give to your clients that will enhance their experience in that particular area of interest.

Finally, present the sample workout to your client, explain the benefits, and ask them if they would like for you to write a customized program just for them.
