Two Brain Programming offers two tracks designed for in-person and remote training. Each comes complete with three client avatar briefs as well as daily session plans and coaches development pieces for our Tier 2 clients.
Two Brain Programming uses the SEMM model to provide the “whiteboard brief” style discussions your coaches will have with clients about:
Improving sleep hygiene, sleep quality and quantity
Making good choices about daily and pre/post workout nutrition
Improving quality of movement and self care
Improving stress management and mindfulness
Designed with a full gym in mind: barbells, kettlebells, rowers, and can be used for group classes or 1:1 personal training.
Programmed with only a dumbbell and easily modified for clients working out at home or on the road with minimal equipment.
